About the LNP FluoGreen Small Molecule Delivery Kit:
PROGENs FluoGreen Small Molecule Delivery LNPs come as a dryed lipid emulsion, easy to formulate by bench-top addition of ethanol. The fluorescence tag is attached to the sphingolipid contained in the formulation (Ex/Em = 495/503 nm). Specifically engineered for in vitro studies, these fluorescent nanoparticles are also suitable for cell tracking.
The FluoGreen Small Molecule Delivery LNPs prevent loaded drugs from external degradation and rapid clearance. They promote optimal biodistribution, high intracellular absorption and low toxicity, boosting their therapeutic effect. This versatility allows for the labeling of specific cell populations, facilitating the comprehension of cell-to-cell interactions, their relationship with the immune system, and in vivo behavior, among other applications.
The composition and molar ratios of PROGENs FluoGreen Small Molecule Delivery LNPs are optimized for associating and delivering hydrophobic and amphiphilic small molecules and can be used to efficiently deliver the drug of interest to specific cell lines and animal models.
