About the LNP Protein Delivery Kit:
PROGENs Protein Delivery LNPs come as a dryed lipid emulsion, easy to formulate by bench-top addition of ethanol. It ensures effective delivery of protein-loaded nanoparticles, pivotal for research in proteomics, targeted therapy, and cellular biology.
Designed for precision biomedicine and therapeutic evaluation, it facilitates protein delivery with minimal cytotoxicity, ensuring the preservation of protein structure and function. The high biocompatibility of the PROGENs LNP Protein Delivery Kit enables an efficient internalization of the protein whilst yielding good cell viabilities. PROGENs lipid nanoparticles can minimize cell transfection experiments, while ensuring constant intracellular levels of the associated and delivered proteins with a straightforward addition of the formulation into the cell culture medium. Moreover, the LNPs have shown efficacy in rodents and zebrafish models across various administration methods.
LNP Protein Delivery Kit comprises a preparation of lipids carrying a reactive group to conduct click chemistry, where an azido (N3- group) tagged to the protein/s of interest will covalently react with the surface of the lipid nanoparticles. Thus, a modification in the protein/s of interest must be performed to add an azido (N3- group) prior to the formulation. This modification has no impact on the structure and activity of the protein. All necessary reagents are provided within the kit.
PROGENs LNP Protein Delivery Kit has been validated with proteins that possess different lengths (from 17.3 KDa to 540 KDa) and pI (from 4.6 to 8.3). Additionally, PROGEN offers customized solutions with fluorescent labels. Please contact PROGEN for a customized solution.
