Background
The antibody recognizes a 125 kDa nucleoplasmic protein (AND-1, acidic nucleoplasmic DNA-binding protein) in Xenopus.
Immunolocalization studies showed a dispersed, finely granular distribution pattern throughout the nucleoplasm.
