A Reliable Standard for AAV Assays
PROGEN’s Renilla Luciferase (Rluc)-filled AAV capsids are precision-engineered reference materials designed to support the accurate quantification and performance benchmarking of AAV-based assays. These fully assembled capsids contain the Renilla luciferase reporter gene controlled by a CMV promoter, delivering consistent, quantifiable results across a wide range of research and quality control applications, including ELISA, PCR and cell-based assays, such as neutralization and transduction assays.
Each serotype is produced and validated with lot-specific titers and all PROGEN Renilla Luciferase-Filled AAV Capsids are provided in a liquid formulation with titers ≥ 1.0E+12 vg/mL.
